The department's specialists have prepared a document that would give Kazakhstanis the right to use their pension surpluses for new purposes. Among them is the opportunity to spend savings on the treatment of a child without concession of pension payments. It also provides for the use of pension funds for treatment abroad.

“In addition, a norm is provided for the introduction of a mechanism for reimbursement of previously incurred treatment costs. The list of medical services for which savings can be spent has also been expanded - these are dental services in medical organizations in Kazakhstan, all types of orthopedics and all stages of implantation, as well as all types of orthodontics, in In addition, it is possible to spend the pension surplus on in vitro fertilization in excess of the amount of compulsory social health insurance," the Department of Organization of Medical Assistance of the Ministry of Health said.
