A free service for transferring YouTube channels to the VKontakte social network, called VKVideo Transfer, has been launched in Russia. This was reported on the page of the Juice Development software development team on the VKontakte social network.

“We have developed a service with which bloggers can conveniently copy their YouTube channel to the VKontakte platform. A few simple steps and the service will place all the necessary videos in the VKontakte community or on a personal page," the developers said.

The VK Video Transfer service is developed on the VK Mini Apps platform. In order to transfer YouTube channels to the VKontakte social network, you need to open the application at the link: vk.com/vktransfer, copy the channel URL, paste it into the "Link to YouTube channel" field in the application and then follow the instructions.

It should be noted that the transfer of the channel to third parties is excluded - it will be necessary to confirm that the user is the owner of the channel from which the videos will be copied using a unique code generated by the application.

On Saturday, it became known that Google blocked the YouTube account of the Duma TV channel, which has more than 145,000 subscribers. In this regard, Roskomnadzor demanded that the company restore access to the channel, as its blocking hinders the distribution and free access to information.
