In Kazakhstan, the requirements for the state language on the labels of imported goods have been removed

At the meeting of the anti-crisis operational headquarters it was proposed to temporarily withdraw the draft law on labels and attachments in the state language on imported goods.

Entrepreneurs claim that this measure will reduce the cost of labeling, reproduction and production.

To replace this, it was proposed to temporarily introduce a QR-code on the product. They claimed that the code contains detailed information about the product.

Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov supported the initiative of entrepreneurs. The project will be submitted to the President by the end of the week.
