To serve users of toll roads, a contact center 1403 has been launched, Standard.kz reports with reference to the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Drivers can apply in case of an emergency or to learn about the current situation on the road, report unsatisfactory work on the maintenance of the roadway.
A call from both a landline and a mobile phone is absolutely free. The call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, seven days a week and holidays.
