        Now, after the transaction on registration of rights to real estate at the notary, the client can pay extra at will and receive the results of the service within two hours from the date of payment, the press service of the Government for Citizens reports.

       To date, clients who apply to a notary are provided with information on the payment for the registration of rights to real estate no later than one working day after receipt of the information in the information system of the legal cadastre. In many cases, this can delay the process of documenting clients' assets, such as mortgages, loans, sureties, and other bank needs.

      “Reducing service time will eliminate administrative barriers and corruption risks. We do not rule out that in order to speed up the process, citizens are looking for various tricks that can lead to crime. These changes will also have a significant impact on the real estate market, "said Rakhat Zhaisanbayev, Deputy Director of the Kyzylorda Oblast Branch of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
