The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introducing targeted training of personnel at the request of enterprises. The advantage of such a state order is that after graduating from college, the student will be employed in the customer's company, Standard.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2022, according to the target order of enterprises, it is planned to accept more than 10 thousand applicants.

“Such cooperation will make it possible to update educational programs and produce personnel to meet the demands of the labor market. That is, by making an application for certain personnel, an enterprise can receive specialists trained for its production.

I note that the enterprise, concluding a tripartite agreement "college-student-enterprise", undertakes to employ the student after graduation," said Nasymzhan Ospanova, director of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The ministry added that such cooperation is beneficial not only for students, but also for teachers, since after the conclusion of the agreement they will be able to train on the basis of a partner enterprise. Based on the results of the training, the enterprise will take the final exam for students.

A target order will also be provided for children with special educational needs. A list of specialties will be determined for them and individual, adaptive programs will be developed in accordance with their educational capabilities.
