In March of this year, Kazakhstanis will rest for a total of 12 days, including holidays and weekends, Standard.kz reports.

On International Women's Day, Kazakhstanis will rest for three days - March 6, 7 and 8. March 8 this year falls on a Tuesday, so March 5 will be a working day and Monday, March 7 is a day off.

Nauryz this year will be celebrated from 21 to 23 March, however, 19 and 20 March falls on Saturday and Sunday. Thus, on Nauryz, Kazakhstanis will be able to relax for five days at once - March 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23.

Remind: the government decided to move the days of rest from Saturday March 5 to Monday March 7; from Saturday 27 August to Monday 29 August.
