      It is often reported that the sellers themselves raise the price of the house. As a result, now the square meter on the secondary market starts from 500 thousand tenge. And in the new business class building a square meter is cheaper by 100 thousand.

           The real estate market in Almaty is calm after the riots. But by the end of February, experts expect construction and sales to return to last year's pace.
