Public service centers no longer accept applications for queuing for housing, Standard.kz reports with reference to the "Housing Fund" of the ex.com. of the capital.

For queuing through egov.kz, only an EDS is needed. The database itself sees all other data on income, address registration, belonging to a category.

Who can join the waiting list
invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War;
orphans, children left without parental care;
socially vulnerable segments of the population;
large families;
civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, military personnel, cosmonaut candidates, cosmonauts, employees of special state bodies, persons holding public elected positions;
citizens whose only dwelling is recognized as emergency in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Socially vulnerable groups of the population include:

persons equated to invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War;
families with or raising children with disabilities;
persons suffering from severe forms of certain chronic diseases;
pensioners by age;
orphans, children left without parental care;
large families;
incomplete families;
disabled people of I and II groups;
oralmans;
persons who have lost their homes as a result of environmental disasters, natural and man-made emergencies;
families of persons killed (deceased) in the performance of public duties;
Other conditions. To be placed on the waiting list for housing in Nur-Sultan, a permanent residence permit is required for at least three years. The applicant and members of his family should not have residential property on the right of ownership in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of putting on the waiting list and for the last five years.
