In Kazakhstan, it is planned to attract the best teachers in the region under a special program. First Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Sholpan Karinova told about it, Standard.kz. reported

“There will be a special program to attract the best teachers in Mangistau, Atyrau, Almaty and Turkestan regions. They will be provided with significant social support: increased coefficient of wages, rent and housing and communal services, "said the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education.

Thus, in the ministry, they want to reduce the gap in the quality of education in the specified regions.

Besides, in 2022 no less than 70 thousand teachers will pass advanced training courses on new educational programs.

For such teachers there will be an increasing (double) salary coefficient, they will provide housing or compensate for his payment, and also compensate for the payment of utilities.
