As assistants in the fight against visceral fat, she named drinks that do not contain calories - they allow you to reduce their total consumption, which allows you to lose weight by reducing the amount of fat. To them, the specialist attributed unsweetened tea, coffee and diet soda, in which there is no sugar. At the same time, the doctor advised to take into account what drinks with artificial sweeteners are consumed with.

"If you're eating french fries, which are high in saturated fat, that's what's going to affect your weight, not the diet soda," she said.

Second on the list is green tea. It contains caffeine and catechins - biologically active substances of plant origin. "These two essential components contribute to a more intensive process of fat oxidation and, accordingly, burning," said nutritionist Rachel Diekman.

At the same time, she urged not to try to drink as much green tea as possible - this does not guarantee that the fat will "magically" disappear, but still this drink will do its bit.

Next on the list is unsweetened black tea. It is rich in natural flavonoids - substances that help reduce visceral fat.

The fourth drink is coffee. It suppresses appetite due to the content of caffeine, and also stimulates the release of heat in the body, which increases the consumption of calories.

In addition, Bowerman suggested drinking whey protein shakes. "If you drink whey protein shakes, it can help you reduce visceral fat, because it leaves you feeling full for a long time, and you will not have the desire to fill up on carbohydrate foods." , - explained the nutritionist.
