"Employment promotion": applicants most often choose the professions "smm-specialist" and "targetologist"

A magazine Inc. Russia has published the results of a study carried out within the framework of the federal project "Promotion of employment" of the national project "Demography". According to these data, most often applicants prefer the professions of “smm-specialist” and “targetologist”. These directions were chosen by 17% of the study participants.

In total, 54.84 thousand people took part in the study, who applied for training in the "Promotion of Employment" project. According to it, applicants can go through a free professional development or get a new specialty. At the moment, the project offers 11 programs, which it regards as "the most popular":

UI designer: an introduction to the profession;

Copywriter for Business: An Introduction to the Profession;

Marketplace manager: introduction to the profession;

Basics of Internet Marketing: An Introduction to the Profession;

Content manager: an introduction to the profession;

Targeted advertising specialist: an introduction to the profession;

Entrepreneur: the basics of starting a business;

Social entrepreneur: launching the first project;

Real estate agent: an introduction to the profession;

HR administration: an introduction to the profession;

SMM specialist: an introduction to the profession.

More often than others, applicants chose training programs for SMM specialists and targetologists. Public procurement specialist and graphic designer are two other popular occupations. They were chosen by 14% and 12% of the participants. At the same time, male participants prefer the professions of "mobile application developer" and "1C programmer".

At the end of September, SuperJob released the results of a survey of the beginners. They were asked what income they plan to receive at the start of their careers, and correlated this data with offers from employers. As it turned out, novice programmers at the start of their careers can get more than they expect. In addition, the average salary of IT specialists in Russia is 2.33 times higher than the average salary in the country.
