Criteria EFQM model

EFQM Excellence Model 0 structure is non-prescriptive, based on nine criteria. Five of them - it's "Opportunities" and four - "Results". Criteria "Features" include the, what and how does the organization. The criteria for the "Results" the representing the, What the organization is achieving. "Results" due to "possible", and "Opportunities" are improved based on feedback, obtained from the "Results".

 

1.LEADERSHIP

In an excellent organization leaders outline a vision for the future and make it possible, showing an example with respect to values ​​and ethics, and inspiring people for permanent trust. They show flexibility, creating an opportunity for the organization to anticipate and respond in a timely manner to all the challenges and achieve success.

2.STRATEGY

Excellent organizations implement their mission and vision by developing a strategy, oriented stakeholders. Politicians, plans, objectives and processes are developed and deployed to implement the strategy.

3.STAFF

Excellent organizations value their staff and create a culture, which provides a mutually beneficial achievement of corporate and personal goals. They develop the ability of its staff, based on the principles of fairness and equality. They care about people, ensuring effective communication and recognition in such a way, which motivates people to increase their level of commitment and allows them to use their skills and knowledge for the benefit of the organization.

4.PARTNERSHIP AND RESOURCES

Excellent organizations plan and manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, as well as internal resources for the implementation of its strategy, policies and the effective functioning of the processes. They provide effective management of their environmental and social impacts.

5. PROCESSES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Excellent organizations are developing, manage and improve processes, products and services to create increased value for customers and other stakeholders.

6. RESULTS FOR CONSUMERS

Excellent organizations achieve and maintain outstanding results, that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of its customers.

7. RESULTS FOR STAFF

Excellent organizations achieve and maintain outstanding results, that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of its staff.

8. RESULTS OF THE COMPANY

Excellent organizations achieve and maintain outstanding results, that meet the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders in society.

9. BUSINESS RESULTS

Excellent organizations achieve and maintain outstanding results, that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the parties, interested in business organization.
